- juice from 1 sweet pink grapefruit
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt or rock salt
- honey or agave nectar, to taste
Directions
- Combine all ingredients.

Power-Packed Lemon Lime
Lemon and lime provide a fantastic boost to stay energized.
Ingredients
- 5 cups mineral water
- juice from 1 lemon
- juice from 1 lime
- 3 teaspoons honey or agave nectar
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt or rock salt
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
Directions
- Mix well.
- Replenish as needed.
Orange Ginger Kick
Citrus and ginger provide the perfect balance…and are particularly good on a hot day!
Ingredients
- 4 cups mineral water or coconut water
- 1 squeezed orange or lemon
- 1 4-inch piece of ginger, peeled
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt or rock salt
- 2 teaspoons honey
Directions
- Finely grate ginger and press solids in a garlic press over a small bowl.
- Combine ginger juice, orange, salt, and honey in a large bowl. Blend well.
- Add mineral water.
- Refresh yourself anytime.
