How To Make a Tulsi Sweet Rose Coconut Refresher For Two
  • Place 2-3 infusion bags of Tulsi Sweet Rose in a cup. 
  • Pour in 1 cup of freshly boiled water and steep for 5 – 10 minutes.
  • Once cooled, mix with 1 cup of tender green drinking coconut water.
  • Cool the preparation in the refrigerator for several hours if possible, or add a little ice to serve immediately.

DIY TULSI GREEN TEA SPORTS ENERGY DRINK
Here’s how you can make your own sports & energy drink, free of chemical additives, sugars and artificial flavours, empowered by the restorative wonders of Tulsi and Green Tea.
All you need is Tulsi Green Tea infusion bags, a natural sweetener such as organic honey or jaggery, a natural salt such as Himalayan rock salt or sea salt, and fresh orange, lemon or lime juice, plus the water of a tender green coconut.
How to Make:
  • Place 4-6 Tulsi Green Tea infusion bags or 4-6 heaping teaspoons of Tulsi per serving a 1-litre container.
  • Pour 2 cups of freshly boiled water over the leaves or infusion bag.
  • Steep for 5 – 10 minutes or longer: the longer you steep, the stronger the infusion.
  • Dissolve 1 teaspoon or more of natural Himalayan rock salt or sea salt.
  • Strain the tea or remove the infusion bags, and add fresh lemon.
  • Add cooled tea mix to ½ litre of water, or use tender green coconut water.
  • Mix in 1 Tablespoon or more of your favourite natural sweetener, honey, or jaggery powder.
  • Stir in ¼ cup of freshly squeezed lime, lemon and/or orange juice.
  • Stir in ¼ cup of finely chopped mint (optional).
  • Cool the preparation in the refrigerator for several hours if possible, or add a little ice to serve immediately.
