Thinning yogurt with water and blending it changes the molecular structure so it is more easily assimilated. Drink it before or with lunch.

Ingredients
- 1 cup room-temperature water
- ¼ cup fresh homemade yogurt
- 1 pinch ground ginger
- 1 pinch ground cumin
- 1 pinch ground coriander
- 1 pinch salt
Directions
- Blend for one minute and drink after lunch – at room temperature or slightly chilled.
